Officer Starting Pay: $83,459 - $94,164 Hourly

Pay incentives for TCOLE certifications, college degrees, bi-lingual, and longevity.

Health Insurance
 HSA health plan with Department contributions of up to $4,200 a year, Dental PPO or DHMO policy 

Department pays 100% of employee's coverage. Department pays for 75% of spouse/dependent coverage.
Life & AD&D

$50,000.00 policy provided by department life insurance. Additional coverage available at employee expense.
$50,000 policy provided by department in AD&D.
