It looks like we will be having another hot weekend
ahead of us. Please don’t forget about outdoor pets and ensure that they have
plenty of water and access to shade or cooled pool rooms, garages, or patios.
Heat indexes are expected to be above 105 degrees both Saturday and Sunday.
The 4th of July is a little over a week away and there
is still plenty of room in the parade, so anyone who is interested in joining
in on the fun is asked to register with the Hunters Creek City Manager, Mr. Tom
Fullen at tfullen@cityofhunterscreek.com Additional
good news about the parade is that candy will be allowed to be thrown
during the event, so plan on finding a place along the route before 9:45am on
the 4th and maybe you will be lucky enough to grab some sweet
treats.
Traffic patterns continue to change in the area along
Taylorcrest and Bunker Hill Road. [More]
